#TeacherAppreciationWeek: It’s Teacher Appreciation Week and Twitter users are thanking teachers they have/had or know, sharing stories about teachers that have positively impacted their lives, and raising awareness about the struggles associated with the Teaching profession.
How brands can jump in: If this cause aligns with your brand's purpose, highlight the importance of Teachers this week on social or send out a tweet to remind your followers to appreciate the teacher(s) in their lives.
#RHOA: The popular Bravo series Real Housewives of Atlanta premiered its 15th season yesterday.
How brands can jump in: The internet is excited about this return and brands can be too! Make a clever reference to the show or prompt your audience to share their thoughts on the premiere. Air on the side of caution and gut check if you need to!
Texas: On May 6, 2023, a mass shooting occurred at Allen Premium Outlets in Allen, Texas. Nine people were killed, including the perpetrator, who was shot by a police officer. Seven were injured.
How brands can jump in: In light of this recent shooting, brands should maintain awareness and proceed with caution and sensitivity on social today/this week.

yesterday, today, tomorrow
What it is: In this trend, TikTok users use the carousel feature with text overlay to poke fun at one task or behavior they perform at work or in life. In photo 1, copy states the "thing" they did yesterday. In photo 2, copy states the "thing" they did today. In photo 3, copy states the "thing" they will do tomorrow/every day. This trend is intended to be playful and unserious, but all users are putting their spin on it.
How brands can jump in: What is something you (as a social media manager/strategist) do for your brand? What is something your brand excels at? You can lean heavily into consumer truths OR break the fourth wall and give fans an inside look at what you do as a social media professional. You'll need to obtain permission to use this UGC audio or pivot to a CML audio to ensure max safety here.
Examples: 1, 2, 3
Urgency level: This trend has been picking up speed in the past 2-3 days, but we see this format sticking around for a minute so no need to jump in ASAP.
