(I cannot interfere, it's a canon event)
What it is: After the movie, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse came out, a common phrase heard throughout the movie is "it's a canon event." A canon event is a key, shared moments that bind the whatever universe a story takes place in together - similar to a core memory. By saying “I cannot interfere” the subject is explaining that any interference with the moment would cause the canon to be affected and therefore would break from the intended storyline and disrupt said universe making it an unstable environment.
How brands can jump in: What is something your brand has changed for the better? What's something that got discontinued and caused some commotion? Mention how it had to be done because it was a canon event.
Examples: 1, 2, 3
Urgency level: Thanks to the new Spiderman movie, it's trending now! Get it while it's hot, and while the canon is still intact.

Who they are: Cyrus Veyssi (pronounced sea-roos) is a non-binary Persian content creator, who is not only actively in social creating content but is also a founder + brand consultant who is very knowledgable in digital strategy, cultural communications, influence marketing, and diversity programming. Veyssi has been vocal about how the beauty and wellness industries sometimes invalidate people like them, and has created this safe space for Middle Eastern and LGBTQIA+ people to defy "toxic beauty norms".
Why we love them: They've created a safe space for others, are breaking boundaries in queer and Persian spaces, and have become your BFF on social on all things beauty and wellness.
