#WorldTeachersDay: People are paying tribute to the teachers in their lives both past and present.
How brands can jump in: This one's good for awareness but if you have a teacher persona or character you could shout out in a positive way, consider it!
we're so real for this...
What it is: Stans have found a new way to praise their favorite icons and remind people of iconic moments. The trend is to reply, QT, or post an image/video of someone making a statement, wearing an outfit, or performing an action that was a cultural MOMENT. When you post you say they/he/she is/was so real for this" as a way to throw praise.
How brands can jump in: This is a great opportunity to use the language of Twitter to your advantage. Design a post with your brand being "so real for" something. You can also use the language as replies when community managing to make sure audiences know your brand is up to date with the lingo.
