#OpeningDay: This hashtag celebrates the MLB's first day of baseball season.
How brands can jump in: Brands can tweet about new beginnings, fresh starts, and welcoming a new season to enter the conversation without directly speaking about the MLB.
#LFGM or #LGM: This hashtag stands for "Let’s F— Go, Mets" or “Let’s Go, Mets!” where MLB and Mets fans rally together on Twitter representing their favorite teams.
How brands can jump in: We recommend not jumping on this trend. This is for solely for awareness.
#NationalDoctorsDay: Today is National Doctors’ Day! Tweeters are expressing their appreciation for physicians and their dedication, while some doctors are using this day to share light-hearted memes.
How brands can jump in: Brands can enter this conversation by showing appreciation to the wonderful doctors in the world—if it feels right for your product/goods. If your brand has a Gen Z-focused audience, you can tweet quotes or jokes about a shared experience of going to the Doctor's office. Ex: An apple a day keeps the doctors away! But what if I just love apples and my doctor? 🤔
Let fate pick your outfit and wear it outside!
What it is: This trend involves individuals going to a thrift or clothing store, like T.J. Maxx and Marshalls, randomly picking different clothing items, and wearing them as a challenge. This is a fun trend that works as an icebreaker or as a moment of levity between friends. Gen Z is always finding ways to spice up its norms through challenges and trends.
How brands can jump in: Brands can jump in on this trend in many ways. You can "randomly" pick out kitchen staples to create a new recipe involving your brand or blindfold the creator and have them "randomly" choose different brand-related items and use them all at once or do "Pick my meal of the day,” "Pick out today’s flavor of __".

Is Roblox the Future of Virtual Consumerism?
What is Roblox: If you have no idea what Roblox is, then you are not alone. Here’s the skinny: Roblox is a 3-in-1 app at the intersection of gaming, social media, and social commerce, calling themselves the “ultimate virtual universe.” Their target audience is users under the age of 13, averaging 52.2 million daily active users (DAU) in Q2 in 2021, per Insider Intelligence.
Today’s DAU? 60 million.
With "60 million daily active users, and billions of dollars of commerce happening on the platform [in 2022]," model and entrepreneur Karlie Kloss understands its global influence, she shares with Mashable. "This is not just some kids’ game [or] cute little metaverse thing; it's a real business.” And it's where she thinks the future of fashion could thrive.
What we can learn: Our brands must expand their view of where we should place ourselves to win. There are numerous ways to consume content. Most importantly, methods of reaching your target audience have broadened over the last decade. This should encourage us to think about adjusting our advertising spots to match new industry standards.
