An Appreciation Tweet For…
What it is: In this trend, we're seeing Twitter users starting off their tweet "This is an appreciation tweet for," followed by something they'd like to dedicate the moment to. We're seeing this range from something very sentimental and special to more humorous, giving users many ways to hop in and share what they're appreciative of.
How brands can jump in: This trend can offer new insight into what consumers love about your brand. Is there something in particular that deserves its moment in the sun? Write your own appreciation tweet and see if your fans share that same sentiment. It's also possible to take this moment to call out your fans directly! They're the real MVPs, so show them that the appreciation is reciprocated!

What it is: The fun has been sucked out of almost everything as we all have curated these perfect depictions of ourselves on the Internet. Things that we love to watch, do, or wear were being labeled as an "ick", so we chose not to live in our truth due to fear of embarrassment. That's all changed now! Isabel, an influencer, tweeted, "be cringe in 2023. your life will legit get better... if you constantly chase your edge of cringe you are probably getting closer to truth and authenticity..."
What we can learn: Seeking truth, authenticity, and relatability is the best way to connect with your audience. Finding moments to laugh at yourself and be "cringey" will allow your followers to laugh with you and not at you.

Here's why you should be creating content that is consistent in how it makes your followers feel.
