#WorldHealthDay: Twitter users are filling their timelines with best practices on how others can improve their health. Some are using today as an opportunity to thank healthcare workers, while others are highlighting the world's public health successes.
How brands can jump in: If your brand offers products/services that benefit your followers' health, today could be good to highlight what you bring to the table. Another way in is being informative; what might your followers not know regarding your product, brand, or larger industry that they should?
#Ahsoka: Star Wars stans are going crazy after Disney+ released a first look at this 'Mandalorian' spin-off with Rosario Dawson during London's Star Wars Celebration.
How brands can jump in: If your followers are clear Star Wars fans, this could be a fun opportunity to allude to the franchise (without mentioning names or showing images that infringe on IP).
Happy Easter: April 9th is Easter Sunday! As we approach the holiday, Twitter users are showing off their Easter 'fit while Instagram users are sharing tablescapes, decor, holiday bakes, & family photos.
How brands can jump in: If your brand hasn't leaned into Spring time Easter content yet, today or this weekend is the time to post. Are you a food/beverage brand? Show off a unique recipe. Clothing? Share the perfect 'fit for celebrating. Most brands can lean into this holiday in a creative, relevant way.

mouse moments
What it is: On TikTok "me time" has been given a new name as "little mouse moments" are the new way to ground & self-soothe yourself. "Mouse Moment" currently has 28.5B views on the app after an episode of the claymation series 'Creature Comforts' came out. This episode titled "Feeding Time" featured a scene of a little mouse quietly enjoying chocolate candy by himself. The original audio of the mouse chewing has since been mixed with the instrumental song "New Home" by Austin Farwell. Users have since been showcasing moments of eating or snacking by themselves in a peaceful state.
How brands can jump in: As user @katiesbell said, “Life is made up of mouse moments” where we all take pause to tune into ourselves during a long, chaotic week. Brands can use this trend to show how their product/services self-soothe in different scenarios. While food/beverage work seamlessly with this trend as it's heavily tied to eating, everyone can jump in to highlight moments of quiet mindfulness where one might be deep in thought, reflecting.
Examples: 1, 2, 3
Urgency level: This trend started circulating in September 2022, so it's definitely sticking around for some time (just like the meal you'll slowly be eating during your ~mouse moment~ 🐭)
