#Game6: The 2023 NBA Playoffs have been a hot topic in the sports media world. Fans are expressing their excitement or disdain about their favorite teams and players that made it to "Game 6" of the Tournament - happening this Friday.

What's 4 + 4? Ate!
What it is: If someone asks you "What’s 4+4?" these days, it may not be a math equation at all. When you add 4 and 4 together you get the number 8. The word "ate" is used as Gen Z slang to say something is cool or dope, or that someone killed it! Therefore, internet users are using the simple equation to describe the greatest slays they see on social.
How brands can jump in: Brands can jump in by asking our followers to add 4+4, as a way to resonate with younger audiences! We will likely see the term spread across social over the next several weeks as it becomes more common. It is suggested to hop in if its a good fit for your brand sooner rather than later to demonstrate trendiness and relevance!
Examples: 1, 2, 3
Urgency level: Depending on longevity of this term, not VERY urgent but good to use it before it simmers out - as we know trends do.

Gen Z = Generation Hustle
What it is: In the past few years, more people across age demographics have taken on various side hustles. Data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics shows that the number of people working multiple full-time jobs has trended up in recent years and hit an all-time high in August 2022.
What we can learn: Gen Zers are extending the work hustle into their formal careers. They work more than they have time for leisure these days. Brand can use this insight to better understand how we can help bring joy and levity to our audience when they’re looking for a brain break from the daily grind!
