NAACP: The NAACP has issued a travel advisory encouraging African Americans to not move to Florida. The organization states that Florida is openly hostile towards African Americans, people of color, and LGBTQ+ individuals. This is not a trend to jump into but a topic to monitor, especially if your brand is Florida-based.
#Succession: Episode 9 premiered this weekend and fans on Twitter are reacting and sharing their feelings about it.
How brands can jump in: Without naming any names or giving any spoilers, jump into the conversation by alluding to your favorite moment of the episode.
"I Think He Knows": Taylor Swift fans are going wild after the singer performed the song's acoustic version at one of her latest concerts during the Eras tour.
How brands can jump in: Make a tweet alluding to "the acoustic version" but don't name any names. In general, if you're jumping into conversations about T-Swift and her Eras Tour, be careful about anything that fans can take negatively!
bumping into soulmate
What it is: This TikTok trend already has 2.1 million views on the app and it shows someone setting down their phone to get a video or picture of their outfit. All of a sudden someone else walks into the frame and bumps into them. Then various clips of both people living their romance are played quickly, to show that after bumping into each other both people fell in love. Some users are taking this trend towards the romantic route, while others are doing more humorous versions of it.
How brands can jump in: Jump into this trend by bumping into your soulmate but make your soulmate relate to back to your brand. Perhaps it is bumping into one of your products and then showing clips of how you use that product or maybe it’s bumping into your brand mascot and showing clips of a romance between you and them. Make sure you’re using soft, romantic (and brand-safe) music for this trend.

Urgency level: This is a fairly new trend, but it is quickly becoming evergreen. However, jumping into it now is better than saving it for later.
