#NationalDessertDay: Twitter is celebrating and sharing all things sweet and delicious today whether in the form of a recipe, a photo/video/gif, or just a nice mention about their favorite treat.
How brands can jump in: Perhaps your brand makes a delicious treat or your community manager has a favorite dessert they want to share with their followers. Bonus points if you can share your tweet with an enticing pic or video of it!
#RingsOfPower: Twitter users react to the Lord of the Ring: Rings of Power season finale and share their thoughts on what they think might happen during season 2.
How brands can jump in: Jump into this trend by alluding to the show or making a guess on what’s to come. Don't mention any specific games and don't dare give any spoilers!
Football Friday: Sports Twitter is sharing all things football today. From what games are scheduled, some positive thoughts towards their favorite team, to some good old fun rival energy and hot takes.
How brands can jump in: Share your Football Friday plans with your followers. Invite them to engage by asking them to share their favorite teams, thoughts on upcoming games, or maybe even invite them to a fake Football Friday get-together.
not to be the drama but...
What it is: Let's start some drama. Twitter is repopularizing an evergreen phrase and adding polls to stir up hot opinions. For the trend, start with the phrase "not to be drama but...," add in your hot take, and consider adding a poll for your followers to weigh in.
How brands can jump in: If you're interested in some light-hearted discourse, state your brand’s opinion on your favorite product, your favorite way consumers interact with the brand, or more. This one is pretty adaptable, just make sure the phrase feels right for your brand's TOV.
