What started as an asmr trend, this 3-pronged phenomenon features videos where full glass bottles (holding different liquids and foods) roll down flights of steps. The objective for these videos has transitioned from listening to the sounds of the glass into finding satisfaction in guessing whether or not these bottles will shatter. This trend has been consistently growing in the past week, becoming a niche internet corner in itself.
What brands can learn: There is a morbidity that stems from users wanting to see the glass shatter, or make a big mess at the bottom of these staircases.
